We had a fantastic time visiting the Strong National Museum of Play, which was a fun experience for everyone, especially for our teenagers and kids. The staff were welcoming, and having the sink outside the bathroom made it convenient for our large group to get ready in the morning.

My kids wished there were more activities for younger children to keep them engaged during downtime.

The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, evident by hairs in the tub that required rinsing before use. Additionally, the overall feel of the room was somewhat outdated, lacking a fresh and modern ambiance, especially considering the rate paid.

However, a disturbing incident occurred with a staff member during breakfast, which left a negative impression. the staff member was unprofessional and aggressive concerning a minor issue. Despite that, the overall cleanliness and food variety were commendable.

the staff was incredibly friendly and found me a room right away even though I arrived hours early. I appreciated being just around the corner from dining options like Olive Garden and the beautiful Basil Marella Park, which is only a little over 3 km away for a relaxing stroll.

I had a nice time here. The staff was super helpful, especially the tall guy who fixed my fridge. The breakfast area was neat and they had a snack bar with decent choices. My only issue was the tight bathroom. it could use some space. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a decent spot.
